License Endorsement Testing

You must ensure you have the proper license and endorsement for the type and weight of vehicle you drive.

Endorsement (g)
Cost: $225 + HST

Valid for a farm tractor and implement combination with a combination weight of 14,000kg or less. Applies to tractor combination only.

Must hold a minimum Class 8 licence.

Condition 15
Cost: $53

Allows you to haul a trailer over 4,500kg with a truck or tractor. The combination vehicle weight is restricted based on your license class:

Combined with a Class 5 – combined vehicle weight up to 14,000kg
Combined with a Class 3 – combined vehicle weight can be over 14,000kg
Must hold a minimum of Class 5N license.

Condition 23
Cost: $53

Allows you to haul a tractor and implement with a combination weight over 14,000kg. Applies to tractor combination only.

Must hold a minimum Class 5R license.

Condition 23 requires a medical. Click here for a copy of the medical report for the doctor to complete.

This is considered a restricted class upgrade. May be on licenses as Class 3R, Class 3 or Class 5, endorsement will be noted on the back of license.
