Safety Toolkit for Small Business Owners

Small business owners in Nova Scotia now have a new resource to help them make their workplaces safer.

The Small Business Safety Toolkit provides easy-to-use, step-by-step guidelines and sample forms that business operators can use to identify hazards and develop a safety plan to keep everybody safe on the job.

The Small Business Safety Toolkit is available both online at www.workplace-safety-toolkit.ca and in a hard copy version. It was developed by the provincial government, the Workers’ Compensation Board and industry associations.
