Transportation Guidelines Information Session – Antigonish
Farm Safety NS, the Antigonish- Guysborough Federation of Agriculture and the Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture (NSDA) are hosting Transportation Guidelines Information sessions for farmers at the Microtel Hotel- Antigonish (January 8th 2026, 7pm-9pm)
Ken Chisolm from NS Vehicle Transportation Inspection will cover licensing requirements, registrations, towing, size restrictions and much more to help farmers better understand the Act and increase awareness of the requirements and regulations. There will also be opportunities for questions throughout the presentation. All farmers in the region are invited to attend Light refreshments will be provided.
