Chainsaw Safety Training

We are marking this year’s Canadian Agriculture Safety Week celebration (March 15- 21) by offering discounts on training in Chainsaw Safety. The goal is to provide practical, hands-on skills and the safe use of chainsaws.
Chainsaw Training will take place on Wednesday March 18 at the Dalhousie Agriculture Campus Farm and Woodsmen lot.
Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Venue: Classroom session: DAL AC Ruminant Animal Centre & Practical session: Loggersports practice lot off College road.
Maximum number of participants for training is 10.
Cost: $130 per person plus a share of the instructors’ mileage. The first 10 people to register will receive a 50% discount on course fees, CASA promotion.
